Alexandar Telalim
In his paintings, Alexander achieves an interpenetration of the opposing principles of an “artist-object”. His inherent creative freedom and his ability to reveal the inner essence of the object enliven everything that the master’s brush touches. The material that Alexander uses becomes an actor. The oil in his works resembles the solidifying lava, under which the Fire of Creation is felt, and the watercolors are like Water itself, in its eternally restless, iridescent state. In the painting, both the key to the “magic garden” and the flower that we take from it are born from a particularly meditative state. – From the newspaper “L’Elsace”, the city of Saint-Louis
